Running against Ald. Leni Manaa-Hoppenworth on what he calls "progressivism 2.0," pursuing progressive goals through better-functioning government. His priorities include transit-oriented development around the new Red Line stations, housing stability through anti-displacement tools and an urban wealth fund approach to public assets, revitalized CAPS police meetings, and a Chicago city charter.
