Biss's campaign site says his priorities are protecting communities, lowering costs and building a government that works for everyone, and his issues page lists restoring antitrust enforcement, strengthening workers' right to organize, climate action, campaign finance reform and lowering housing, health care and child care costs. In his Sun-Times questionnaire he says he supports a national single-payer system such as Medicare for All, says ICE should be abolished, and backs a path to citizenship and a ban on stock trading by members of Congress. He also lists gun violence reduction, public school investment and protecting Social Security and Medicare.
